1) Supervises and participates in the activities of the Reservation Agent by receiving, processing and confirming guest room reservations.

2) Ensures Reservations are recorded in the computer with accurate, detailed information and field by date of arrival for easy access.

3) Ensures reservation calls are answered promptly and politely.

4) Along with the Rooms Division Manager and F.O.M., sets the selling status on a daily basis for the future months, communicating all changes to reservations, front desk and sales.

5) Prepares the ten days, monthly and three-month forecast on a timely basis for review by the Rooms Division Manager and distribution
