Job Profile
• Spearhead mechanical work aspects such as implementing and O&M related to residential, commercial, industrial projects.
• Mange and Maintain the HVAC, plumbing and Fire Protection System.
• Responsible of the daily operation for the External utilities such as irrigation, sewage and fire networks furthermore the water treatment plants (RO & STP).

•Arranging the preliminary shop drawings, equipments/material submittals and samples, revised drawings, preparing the final As-built drawings & follow up - liaison for consultant's approval.
•Checking & recalculating all the system designed values from the heat pump head pressure& Flow calculation, pipe sizing, motor and Pump selection manually through charts and tables or through different design software.
•Attending the consultant-subcontractors site coordination and work progress weekly meetings.
