Job Description
Working In On demand, implementation team "OA Queue". Responsible of a couple of customers, acting as their dedicated DBA
Planning/implementing all changes/upgrades/migrations/UAT issue fixes and stabilization support
Troubleshooting all kinds of issues and following up with support to accelerate the response time and act proactively
Following up and giving advises if needed
Good knowledge on Web logic, GRC applications
Maintain quality control till the migration phase to production at the end of the project
Using all means of communications with customers all over the world via Mails/Phones/Chat in order to supply high quality values and to make sure that their needs are fulfilled the way they seek
Playing managerial role as "Shift operation manager", managing the whole shift globally.
Administrating all ORACLE databases of the Company under different kind of operating systems (Unix, Aix, Linux, Windows)
Administrating SCADA Systems under Sybase
=> Administrating all ORACLE databases of the bank under different kind of operating systems (Unix, Aix, Linux, Windows), applying backup and recovery techniques (RMAN, Export, Import and Cold backup and all other administration tasks:
=> Planning, creating and installing databases under different kind of operating systems.
=> Manage Storage and security over the database.
=> Database Network administration.
=> Database tuning.
=> Installing, applying patches.
=> Good knowledge of OEM for oracle database and oracle application server
=> Maintaining and Administrating banking applications under AS/400, OS/400 platform (Midas & Tietoinator/RMS) Core banking and Card Center applications
=> Participated in most of the new Credit/Debit Card projects, acquiring project, migration from magnetic stripe to chip technology, fraud-monitoring project&.
