infrastructure networks for the central Hudayriyat Central island for
Modon Properties PJSC.

substation building for the 3-hectare infrastructure and pavement at
the backyard of berth no 44.
• Lead the construction supervision activities for the civil works in
the project.
• Applied the technical experience with the project standards to
resolve the construction problems with the Contractor.
• Initiate and respond to contract correspondence to and from
Client, and contractual correspondence with the Contractor.
• Review of the design packages provided by the Contractor for
the buildings under their Design-Build scope.
• Respond to technical queries issued by the Contractor related
to the design works and coordination issues.

• Managed the engineering works for the construction of total built up area 87 K square
meters Gate Way shopping mall, clinics, and management offices.
• Generated the system and procedures for the engineering department for the
construction project of total 114 K square meters in All Seasons Park Shopping mall,
clinics and management offices.
• Prepared and implemented the submission plans and effective monitoring reports for
the technical deliverables, to the project consultant.
• Performed the review of the IFC packages and providing proposals to resolve any
conflicts or concerns.
• Directed the engineering team to deliver engineering scope as per client expectations
Codes, and Industry Standards.
• Processed with the project engineer the effective cycle of approvals for shop drawing
and Material submittals.
• Lead the cycle between technical and contractual requisitions of procurement to
guarantee it meets the project specifications.
• Managed the procurement process with the subcontractors/suppliers for approvals
and during negotiations for the subcontract terms, and payment conditions.

Besix-Orascom Joint Venture -Mall of Egypt, Cairo

•Follow up the progress of engineering works with the structural steel works subcontractors.
• Perform technical review of procurement requisitions to guarantee it meets the design and specifications
•Reporting the work progress to the Steel Package Manager.
•Review and coordinate shop drawings for field implementation
•Review material submittal and obtain approvals from designer & client.

• Reviewed the design package and the shop drawings for the district cooling plants for
Dubai Metro Line (Red and Green), and Abu Dhabi New central market.
• Coordinated and provided technical support for the construction team on the different
working construction sites.
