1- Put team plans and standards with coordination with management, advisors, and team members.
2- Coordinate with management, advisors, and customers as necessary.
3- Prepare proposals & plans for the requested applications.
4- Familiarize the team with the customer needs, specifications, design targets, development process, design standards, techniques and tools to support task performance.
5- Assign tasks to team members and follow up the execution and the entire software development life cycle (SDLC).
6- Provide the needed reports to management.
7- Help in gathering user’s requirements, system analysis, and database design if needed.
8- Conduct training on GIS concepts and applications.
9- Define, calculate, and monitor the key performance indicators (KPIs) of the team.
10- Help team members defining their job SMART objectives, and working with them towards achieving those objectives.
We have achieved the following:
1-Creating The Base Map project for Ajman (GPS network, aerial survey, 3D mapping, DEM, Cadastral map)
2-Implementing a complete, GIS based Land Information System that includes daily update to the cadastral data.
4- Developing "Locate Your Land" service for public.
5- Developing www.AjmanExplorer.ae GIS website.
6- receiving the award of Excellence in GIS Implementation from GISTEC 2008.
7- receiving the Geo-spatial development award from GIS Development 2009.
Developing Desktop, Intranet, and Internet GIS applications using Visual Basic.NET 2005, ASP.NET, ESRI ArcGIS Server, and ESRI ArcGIS.
Developing Desktop, Intranet, and Internet GIS applications using Visual Basic.NET, Visual Basic 6.0, ASP.NET, ASP 3.0, ESRI Map Objects, ESRI Arc Objects, ESRI ArcIMS, ESRI ArcGIS, and Integraph Geomedia.
Developing Payroll & Personal System for Sharjah government using Visual Basic 6.0, Crystal Reports, And SQL server.
