Work in AL Dhafra Petroleum part of ADNOC in Abu Dhabi, in the WRFM (Well, Reservoir, and Facility Management) team. Main responsibilities to follow up the well surface production network performance and well interventions planning. Also develop production optimisation strategy, align with reservoir simulation and Field Development Plan.
Key Contributions:
• Provide all the PVT inputs needed to assist the well, reservoir and facilities modelling and to be used in any flow assurance or integrities studies.
• Create all the well-reservoir-network models and perform all the necessary history matching and calibration exercises for the all the Haliba field wells and its 3 reservoirs.
• Assist reservoir simulation team with all the inputs to a better calibration of the three reservoirs (Thamama A, B, and F),
• Prepare all the PLT, MPLT, Acid, Water Shut Off, and ESP design program prior the execution in the field.
• Pressure Transient Analysis (PTA) for reservoir pressure estimation that in turn will feed back to all well calibration and the Field Development Plans (FDP).
• Perform all the well test analysis based on either the classic separators or MPFM (Multi-Phase Flow Meters), then reconcile all the rates based on the field total measurement (Back Allocation).
• Compute the field monthly allowable align with the filed target and ADNOC production guidelines.
• Coordinate and plan all well intervention activities with the operation team, such as well Tie-in, downhole gauge installations, and ESP installations for oil producing, and water injection wells.
• Prepare and deliver Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly technical meetings and reports such as TCM (Technical Committee Meeting) and ARPR (Annual Reservoir Performance Report) for ADNOC HQ and different Share Holders.

Working in Petroleum Experts Ltd HQ and deliver/support business of oil companies around the globe by liaising with the consultancy team. Devise and implement effective strategies to manage field production within oil and gas fields across various regions.

Key Contributions:

• Conduct production optimisation studies that includes modelling, calibration and optimisation approaches, which resulted production growth by 5% for Kuwait Oil Company in the North field.
• Carried out well-reservoir-network modelling and history matching, such as: GulfKeystone Shaikan Oil field to assist oil companies to understand their field’s performance.
• Led Sand management engineering workflow for Angsi oil field in Petronas, Malaysia, that reduced the sand production by 20% and protected the wells and facility integrity.
• Developed engineering modeland digital oilfield platform for Fahoud oilfield E-station that increased the predictability of GOR increase in all wells, and reduced well test frequency by 10%.
• Forecasted production using integrated models (well-reservoir-facility), to support management to create right field development strategies. i.e., Culzean Gas Condensate Field, North Sea.
• Improved functional efficiency of staff by delivering effective training on project management and ensured implementation of highest standards of digital oilfield project delivery.
• Liaised with reservoir, production, and petroleum team for production technology evaluations to achieve all engineering objectives and ensured highest standards of petroleum engineering.

Managed the technical sales of the gas lift business of Weatherford in the Algeria market to boost the usage of the latest gas lift technology and increase the company revenue.
