• Instigate the project planning and review of progress against targets set.
• Control the value engineering, design, sub-contractor and material selection.
• Prepare Monthly Construction report to be submitted to management.
• Check Construction planning documents to anticipate any future problems and set up Plan for preventive and contingency measures.
• To plan, identify and manage the deployment and utilization of appropriate resources (equipment, people, subcontractors, materials and methods) to execute the works and achieve or exceed programmed requirements.
