Responsible for our branches in Egypt by handling and solving their complaints that comes either from customers Or the branch itself
Work on maintaining and raising the service level we deliver by doing different inspections
Analyse our problems and most common complaints that we receive from employees & customers, to know the company’s weak and strength points then send the final report for the GM and give the ideas for solving the weak points and maintaing or raising the strength points
We also receive daily, monthly and annually reports from the call center to know the customer’s opinion about everything in the service level we deliver for them and this will help us know the level of satisfaction for them this will also help our marketing department in their work to focus on customer’s needs
by suggesting possible solutions for our problems to increase our market share
handling customer’s complaints that comes via phone and solve it with the authorities that we have
Also provide customers with the info and service requests they ask for like promotions, products and services we deliver
