2. Issue the documents of L/C & follow sending of it to the suppliers and follow with bank and supplier the L/C for any modification
3. Issue new offer in oceanfreight and air freight with the company for transport and shippinglike TNT &DHL
4. Follow up the the customs account and feed the account with the bank
5. Evaluating the inventory costs and freight costs associated with transportation to ensure appropriate costs.
6. Handle processes involved in a supply chain, liaising with a variety of parties including suppliers of raw Materials&Comp&FP
7. .Analyzing logistical problems, developing new solutions and increasing business growth by winning new contracts
8. Follow up all correspondences between Logistics division and other divisions as well as the supply chain department.
9. Maintain good relationships with vendors and ensure that the flow of materials remain unhampered
10. Ensuring structures are in place to monitor the flow of goods and materials.
11. Prepare the required reports and KPI’s regarding logistics process.
12. Prepare invoices with the prices, packing list with the gross weight and Dimensions, bill of lading, euro1 for export
