Management of daily routine hatchery duties
Training of newly recruited staff,
Management of hatchery personals
Establishing SOP’s for biosecurity
Managing every activity at the hatchery from egg receiving up to the chick delivery to the farm.
Facilitate communication b/w employees and department
Resolve dispute and disagreement
Cooperate in high level decision making with other top executives of an organization.
Analyzing hatchery results and comparing with the international standard.
Planning and following up the implementation of running expenses, Assets budget.
Planning and following up the preventive maintenance program for all machines & Equipment.
Design technical documentation and comprehensive written reports
Review and develop setter and hatchers’ performance.
Perform hatchery audits, including initiating procedures around hygiene and disease controls
