• Manage and direct all QC activities with his subordinates to assure the compliance with

 QC records to make sure it's compatible with the QC plan, instructions & procedures.
 Nonconformities & corrective actions tracking system. Retention samples system. Standard samples system.
 Defect rate system.
 Scrap management system.
 Trial system.
 All extra systems to be followed to ensure high quality standard of the product.
• Sets goals & objectives for Q.C team and support them to be oriented with the company objectives and achieved at the best standard.
• Design required SOPs and SPC program to achieve the continuous improvement for the quality of the product.
• Managing the monthly quality meeting with production, maintenance & follow up with them the action plan to achieve the required improvement.
• Share with other departments the daily product defects on the daily morning meeting.
• Determine the lab equipment’s that need calibration, calibration periods and allocate the private laboratories that provide calibration services and ensure they are calibrated and justified within the company.
• Plan & conduct tests to determine any probable problems about the products, keeping records for these tests and notify all related staff members about the outcomes.
• Set & control my department budget for capital & running cost.
• Develop annual improvement plan for all his subordinates & review this plan with them on quarterly basis.
• Evaluate my personnel versus their individual action plan and preset objectives annually
• Join to BEG technical Team
• Internal Improvement Projects Increase Productivity of some product to reach 100%
 Increase Camera Sensitivity of Inspection Unit to detect un-usual defects (small flashes, small short injected closures… etc.)
 Doing Training For IMD Inspection Camera System for Production Team

• Creating any QC work procedures & instructions if it's required to cover customer issue, quality certification & improving the work efficiency.
• Create any required SPC templates for new product
• Reviewing the defect rate system & red pallet area report on daily basis
• Reviewing the production documentations for online control & for sanitation.
• Sharing with other departments the daily product defects on the daily morning meeting
• Arrange priority with planning for sorting.
• Covering the QC manger in vacations only for responsibilities
• Ensure all safety & Health rules are implemented by him and his colleagues in the department.
