My Responsibilities and duties:
Follow up daily checklist uniform, ID, pricing and readiness team to assistant customers, Monitoring of all items in the department has price & tidy. Monitoring and evaluating staff performance. Monitoring of fast moving and slow moving items. Motivating and inspiring team to achieve our target. Monitoring of items without stock. Checking of the items in the back stock for make sure that we have on display and good items. Make sure that all staff are in place and ready to serve customers. Focus on customers’ needs and ask if there is anything they didn't find. Put notes for the second day morning shift to be done. Ensure all monthly promotions items are available without any missing. Ensure that no one of salesman are using the mobile during duty time. Ensure that we have one employee in the promotion area. Send the damages items report to store manager.

Greet customers, Provide accurate information related to ( product features, pricing and after-sales services), Inform customers about discounts and special offers
, Building strong customer relations with existing clients, Help customers find items in the store, Increasing in store sales, Superior product knowledge, Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
, prices, and availability, Stay up-to-date with new products/services, Keep the storeroom neat and organized and Provide customer feedback to the Store in Charge
responsible for managing employee shifts and creating a work schedule each week, oversee daily sales reports, training new employees, delegating tasks & Handel any issues in my work place .
