• Financial Matters:
Maintaining books of accounts of 2 Branches from Vouching to Verification to Finalization of the Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account & Balance Sheet.
• Letters of Credits:
Involved in Drafting of L/C's, to negotiating and finally to Accounting and Closing in order to acquire foreign exchange rate to local procurement values and in turn involved in market study to be able to determine the current Market values.
• Stocks & Inventories:
Involved in Stock Study for Movement of Stocks and analyzing of re-order levels right from Stock procurement to valuation effected in The Final Accounts.
• International Dealings:
Involved in negotiations of Prices with foreign companies, solving issues regarding problem cases of material not as per requirements. Along with payments to be effected via Telex Transfers to foreign parties.
• Technicalities and Human Resources:
Involved in factory functioning and management of production, monitoring of wastages and curtailment of the same, dealing with employee as per Kuwait labour law from recruitment to entire functioning up to leave derivation and final settlement.
• Operations (Office Management):
Involved in decision making and functioning of entire administrative structure from operations to Office Management. also handled correspondences, drafting memos and other business letters.

In Al Enaya International Co., (One of Kuwait's Leading Co., for Dealing in a Wholesale Textiles (Ladies& Gents) for a period of one year nearly in Kuwait.
Internal Auditor,
In Egyptian Arabian Co., For Foods, in Egypt, I was checking all of the accounting's transactions till preparing Balance Sheets.

1- Since starting of purchasing the materials, till packing & showing the product in our showroom.
2 - Analysing all of direct & indirect costs.
3 - Comparison between the estimated costs and the actual costs and find out the discrepancies.
4 - Analyzing the discrepancies, and trace out the reason of it.
5 - Submitting the report of this discrepancies reason to the cost manager to can investigating about these reasons.
