* I have studied a CPA course ( FAR, AUD, REG, BEC).

* My current position now is a Finance Manager at Asyawiah Industrial & Commercial Co.

* I'm +24 years experience in the accounting department.

* I started as a Junior accountant then upgraded as a store accountant then became a cost accountant then I have been upgraded to an internal auditor in Egypt before coming to Kuwait.

* Once I came to Kuwait, I was hired as a senior accountant, Then I became a chief accountant, Then I upgraded to be a Finance Manager till now.

* I'm making budgets and comparing the goals with the target achieved.

* And recommending a solutions for the board of director to upgrade the company.

* And I's maintaining all of the accounting procedures from A to Z with the team work till issuing the final financial reports.

• I was leading 3 accountants and monitoring them work.
• Also analyzing the work reports and reporting to the owners of company
to take decisions.
• Coordinate with the external auditor to prepare financial statements in the
end of the year to preparing balance sheet.

I was handling 2 branches, from vouching,
Auditing to finalization of the trial balance, Profit & Loss Account &
Balance Sheet.

Senio Accountant,
In Al Enaya International Co., (One of Kuwaits Leading Co., for Dealing in a Wholesale Textiles (Ladies& Gents) for a period of one year nearly in Kuwait.

Internal Auditor,
In Egyptian Arabian Co., For Foods, in Egypt, I was checking all of the accountings transactions till preparing Balance Sheets.

Cost Accountant,
In Egyptian Arabian Co., For Foods, in Egypt, before I got promotion as an Auditor, I was handling the production operation for one Product as an example,
1- Since starting of purchasing the materials, till packing & showing the product in our showroom.
2 - Analysing all of direct & indirect costs.
3 - Comparison between the estimated costs and the actual costs and find out the discrepancies.
4 - Analyzing the discrepancies, and trace out the reason of it.
5 - Submitting the report of this discrepancies reason to the cost manager to can investigating about these reasons.

I have worked as a junior accountant in AL-Massry For Confiscated Sales Co. For one year, In Cairo-Egypt.
