Project Manager responsible for the network sites quality and ensure applying company specs through the effective and efficient initiation, planning, monitoring and control, implementation and close out of projects, Create and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

 Manage Audit modification project, its target is modifying the installation of sites’ items to ensure to mitigate the risk of any incident.
 Manage and control audit projects for sites' quality & safety enhancement over the whole network sites which reflected positively on the major network’s KPI target as for SQI & NUR.
 Manage and control L1 maintenance service agreement with 4 contractors (Huawei, Mobiserve, Orascom and Systel) from quality perspectives, contractual obligations, compliance and teams’ implementation.
 Improving network performance via reducing NUR (Network Unavailability Rate), increasing the SQI and robust control of subcontractors.
 Audit the execution of modernization projects and ensure to mitigate its negative impacts on the networks' Quality, Safety & Performance.
 Assure all the spec's (environmental and radio) meet to Orange standards, that reflects directly on the Network Availability.
 Lead tendering, negotiation and contract preparation activities.
 Manage and control the activities of the audit consultant.
 Manage and control the preventive maintenance activates for all types of sites and generators for the network(has more than 7000 sites).
 Manage, control and follow up the preventive maintenance plan of the contractors.
 Ensure power supply & stability of the network sites and search for alternative power sources and provide studies for a new solution.
 Exercise new power and environmental solutions serving the network sites performance.
 Evaluate the vendors’ performance and assure the delivered service quality VS the contract and the industry standards.
 Provide expertise, guidance, and support to the subcontractors, consultant, colleagues and team members, correspondingly to avoid problems repetition.
 Coach and train the audit teams regularly.
 Evaluate the audit team performance by checking their audit activity on sites and re-audit the sites after their visits.
 Validate L1 maintenance monthly Key performance indicators.
 Manage L1 maintenance monthly dashboard (monthly fees analysis, alarm analysis, spare parts fees analysis, extra works, etc…)
 Audit, check and monitor maintenance department processes implementation and its relative indicators.
 Troubleshoot and deeply inspect the vendors’ low performance and analyze their potential plans to suggest enhancement actions and follow up.
 Set the audit plan according to company objectives.
 Audit, check and monitor Offices & stores of the subcontractors status to assure all the spec's (environmental and radio restoring & healthy storage of maintenance equipment) meet to Orange standards.
 Interface with the security department for H&S issue over the network.
 Interface with the HSE department for H&S issue over the network.
 Interface with the network deployment department for construction, assets’ restoration and modification issue over the network.

Major activities including but not limited to liaise with and oversee vendors (Motorola, Alcatel, Nokia, Huawei, Ericson and NEC), subcontractors (Motorola, Orascom, Mobiserve, etc…), and Telecom Egypt, ensuring the highest standards are achieved and provides L2&L3 support to the engineers on site, whilst achieving service targets of new entities.

 Follow and report all PM (Preventive Maintenance) by Orange or Subcontractor in BTSs and BSCs.
 BSS sites supervision in emergency case.
 Test and troubleshoot all technical problems in the BSS sites (Hardware, Software, MW and Quality problems).
 Follow up & handle the daily fault report of all minor& major alarms in the network elements.
 Robust knowledge of GSM principles, architecture, and infrastructure (Motorola and Alcatel).
 Cooperate in network optimization, RF, interference analysis, and antenna engineering
 Motorola and Alcatel (BTS, BSC, RXCDR, and PCU~GPRS) maintenance, operation, calibration, and acceptance.
