Responsible for leading the biggest full service center (FSC) which managing more than 80 global, multinational, and Local companies with total sales of 70 Million EGP (10 Million USD), beside Managing the Airport Department team, and responsible for implenting the ESC center in CWT Cairo.
• From November 2000 moved from Heliopolis branch to Bristol-Myers Squibb branch as a site supervisor. Working in implants is a little different put it's a new experience for me and Iam doing very well.

Operation Manager - BMS implant
• Started as senior travel counselor with responsibility of managing the official business of Bristol Myers Squibb- Egypt one of the biggest pharmaceutical company's world wide. My duty to establish and implement the travel arrangements for BMS and there valuable delegates.
• Promoted to be Travel Supervisor by June 2003 with more responsibilities as business increased to arrange the events of BMS inside and outside Egypt. Responsibility of handling and assuring the optimum level of service expectation for BMS.
• During the years from 2002 till 2004 more than 20 stand alone meeting arranged for BMS in Cairo, Sharm Elshiekh, Dubai, Beirut, and 4 cycle meeting in Istanbul, Budapest & Malaysia was fully arranged by CWT under my supervision.
• By October 2005 prompted to be Operation Manager with responsibility of Managing the regional business for BMS in 4 countries from our Cairo office (Saudi, UAE, Lebanon and Jordan) to assure all travel arrangements for BMS staff and delegates with all needed arrangements for international and national congresses, including tickets, hotels and all land arrangements.
• New duties of Account Managment were added by January 2007, to prepare and analysing operation figure and reports for BMS head quarter.
• Implementing new account operation teams (8 Headcount) in 2 on-site offices
• Managing teams day to day travel management services including M&E
• Overlooking TOP VIP services for Board members and Heads of Departments
• Achieving all targets and realizing client retention up to 99%
