-Develop and execute short- and long-term Regional business plans. Produce accurate forecasts for Regional financial objectives.
-Planning and organization of distribution network in the assigned countries.
-Defining market potential and market needs. Implement sales plan and profit expectations.
-Search and select suitable business and sales partners in the regions which are not yet explored.
-Appointment of new business partners upon agreement by management. Preparation of partnership contracts.
-Planning and substantiating profit oriented price recommendations for company products while considering national pricing rules and competitor prices in the countries concerned.
-Development of marketing and sales strategies for each country.
-Ensure regular strategy meetings with identified key customers.
-Enhance local efforts within the region to improve key JCI processes such (but not limited to) business planning, forecast, customer intimacy through CRM use.
-Turnover and profit responsibility for aftermarket sales in NE Africa+Pakistan and Afghanistan.
-Implementation of the Automotive Aftermarket "Parts & Bytes strategy in the assigned region.
-Plan and determine product margin, pricing and distribution policy consistent with the market and regional requirements.
-Analysis of corporate and management reports to ensure appropriate corrective measures.
-Statistical analysis of data for sales orientated project work.
-Develop strategic growth and sales plans by engaging in regular visits to the customers and the market.
-Expansion of sales and service networks.
-To provide timely feedback in areas of market requirements, customer issues, distributor activity, new business opportunities and any other matters deemed to be important in order to grow the business.
-Prepare and provide monthly key data
- Preparing technical and financial offers in line with the company pricing policy
- Preparing reports on product movement, competition and market
- Participate in technical seminar & exhibitions to promote our products &
services to the industry
- Organize follow-up visits & report weekly about sales activities, status of
pending deals, lost deals and achievements
- Formulation of yearly, quarterly and monthly budgets and projections
- Update a sales forecast on weekly basis
- Contacting bodybuilders and other suppliers
- Reporting to Area Sales Manager
