o Responsible to maximize asset reliability, availability and operating profits through using planned maintenance most effectively.
o Undertake first-line resolution of CMMS issues and training as the departmental “Superuser”. Maintains records of work permits, work performed, work in progress, material requisitions and work orders completed and completes and processes paper work related to mechanical work, such as time sheets, materials costs. Completes the work orders in computerized Maintenance and Materials Management Systems (CMMS) with manpower, materials, special resources etc. and passes on this information for updating equipment history cards.
o Update the asset BOM (Bill of Materials) system.
o Participate on tactical, practical advice and support to a rolling five year Business Plan.
o Ensure that Company’s Health, Safety and Environmental policy is effectively implemented in all areas of work under my control and that corrective actions are taken when necessary.
o Perform a variety of cost engineering functions including cost control, budget preparations, forecasting, and cost reporting for all maintenance activities and projects.
o Supervise engineering projects (Electrical - Mechanical - Civil - Commissioning).
o Prepare rig maintenance plans (rig move - overhauling - sand blasting and painting)
o Built-up and attend testing and commissioning for new rig (ECDC - RIG # 09).
o Conduct the buildup of the new maintenance yard project for ECDC at Katameya.
o Perform regular rig visits to audit and review maintenance activities.
o Review and update maintenance organization, processes and procedures in QMS.
o Review and Update defined KPI for maintenance strategy.
o Prepare maintenance annually report for board meeting.
o Perform as a maintenance manager during his absence.

o Coordinate the maintenance staff by determining workloads and schedules.
o Ensure that all safety regulations and company rules are followed by maintenance staff.
o Serve as first-line of communication contact for off-hour emergencies.
o Ensure adequate stocks and serviceability of necessary maintenance supplies and equipment as appropriate.
o Coordinate with local and foreign agents for service and repairs.
o Execute monthly, quarterly and semi-annually reports.
1. Responsible to install, maintain and troubleshoot VARCO Top Drive (TDS 9 SA)
2. Cooperate with maintenance rig stuff to service and repair the rig equipments such as;
• CAT Generators • Blow Out Preventive
• Draw Works • Mud Pump
• Pumps and Valves • Mud Agitators
Worked there as a maintenance engineer to check and maintain the steam boiler systems.
It's an authorized car service Center for Peugeot and Hyundai Automobiles. I worked there as an Assistant Mechanic then as Service Advisor.
