Manage and coach the financial team, ensuring optimal performance and growth.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and other management reports.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of the routine activities like closing, reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, payroll etc.

Collaborate with the internal and external auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
Collaborate with legal affairs department to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.

Ensure the maintenance of accounting books, registers, files, and reports to meet the legal, managerial, and governmental requirements.
Undertake any other duties related to the job as assigned by the Finance Manager.
