•Responsible for on-site work, including construction administration and electrical engineering consultation.
•Checking the Installation of the following: Building Management System (BMS) as per specification; Fire Alarm System as per specified suppliers; Access Control System; Closed Circuit Television; Sound System; Voice & Data System; Main Antenna Television; Video projector and Video Conference System.
•Finding solutions to cut back costs on projects and regularly updating clients on them.
•Handling portfolio for clients

•Convincing the client of the best solution and checking up on them for the progress of the suggested solution.
•In-depth understanding of control and power-delivery systems, telecommunications, and high-performance power conversion and instrumentation.
•Extensive knowledge of variable frequency drives, power electronics, and control electronics.
•Able to provide technical leadership within multidisciplinary team environments.
•Responsible for on-site work, including construction administration and electrical engineering consultation.
•Attended weekly design and construction meetings.
Project Management (MEP & Electrical)
Oversee and execute projects based on contract conditions, schedules and budget limits.
Manage estimation, tendering and budgeting for all MEP and electrical projects.
Negotiate-finalize-approve suppliers for materials; obtain approvals from the Consultant.
Review bidding documents, letter of intent, contract and subcontract with client, supplier and consultant. Liaison between consultant, suppliers and designers.
Lead and manage project team to achieve project programme and milestone schedule.
Manage preparation of technical submittals, shop or as built CAD drawings, equipment selections, bill of quantities, material take off, costing sheets and reporting.
Coordinate between all services on site particularly for all infrastructural services.
Meet with consultants & clients on site to discuss project progress.
Deal with government authorities such as DEWA, Civil Defence, etc for approvals
