Monitors the preparation of the Architectural and construction drawings and specifications.
Manages preparation of tender Documents and negotiation with the contractors.
Manages the Coordination with building owners, Architects, Engineering Departments, subconsultants and contractors.
Responsible for fully coordinated construction documents and drawings as per Codes and safety to be issued for site.
Preparation of contract as per the required scope of work.
Negotiating with all parties involved in the project such as (owners, consultants, Architects and contractors, ) to make sure that the project is delivered within the required scope of work and budget.
Consulting with engineering disciplines to establish man power needed according to required scope of work.
Approves quotations, invoices and purchases of materials.
Acting as Company representative in all meetings with the clients and governmental Authorities during the project period.
Attending Discussion with Dubai Local Authorities to obtain town planning approval and building permit.
Manages and arranges Governmental site visits and inspections.
Developing and implementing architectural designs and detailed design drawings as well as coordinating and liaising between different engineering trades for the following projects.
Verify that all architectural designs, drawings and documents are fully complying with the projects’ planned objectives and work program and in accordance with the applicable codes and standards.
Organize and manage the assigned junior architects and draftsmen as well as provide relevant architectural engineering support, advice.
Maintains liaison between all personnel assigned to a project to assure mutual understanding and agreement on all phases of the work as defined by the contract and to assure continuity of job progress and design.
Implementing specific architectural works in accordance with project work program.
Review and approval for shop, composed and builder Drawings.
Representing the company and the client for issuing several national authorities approvals.
Review and approval technical and material Submittals.
A member of the company committee attending the biweekly meetings held between the project managers, the client and the other involved consultants.
Implements specific architectural works in accordance with the work program of a project, or as requested within his Department.
Organizes and supervises the work Junior Architects and draftsmen allocated to him and provides support and/or advice to project teams, as applicable.
Responsible for efficient and effective design of architectural works, preparation of drawings, contract documents, etc.
Verifies that all designs, drawings and documents are to current codes and standards and in accordance with ECG policies and standards.
Liaises as directed with consulting engineers, and/or contractors on all matters necessary for the implementation of the work program of the project.
Undertakes special and/or project assignments as required by the Architectural Department Manager or his responsible Principal Architectural Engineer, as applicable.
