I am working as an SAP FICO Team Leader with a team of seven and I am responsible for a variety of projects (public sector and Private sector)
Working on SAP as an End User
Assist in the standard reporting process through the main reporting packages for Pharmaceutical Company for actual, budgets and Latest Estimates.
Preparing & updating monthly reporting tools and assist in preparing ad-hoc analysis.
Aligns reporting systems with the organizational and functional responsibilities.
Assist in preparing any additional reporting and analysis requirements for all functions
Working on SAP as an End User
Bookkeeping of all employees’ advances on accounts such as travel advances, commission in advance, Purchase advances and advances for legal cases
Bookkeeping of all regional employee accounts.
Analyze the employee expenses and recording the related expenses
Responsible for bookkeeping for respective GL accounts.
All accounts mentioned above should be analyzed on monthly basis and filed on the monthly analysis file after the accounting manger approval on those analyses.
Bookkeeping of all Transaction done on these Accounts: Non COGS Payable, Sponsor, Contribution & Onetime Vendor, Employees Salaries entry, Reconcile Employees Car Loan Account, Hotels, Accruals & Prepaid, Bank Transfers, End of Services & Restructuring payment.
Issue Monthly Report contains the prepaid & accruals, end of service, discount received, and service rendered to 3rd parties.
