Manage and develop the Decorative Segment by monitoring, initiating and coordinating all sales and marketing activities to ensure customer satisfaction and to achieve budgeted sales, gross margin, D.S.O., and collections, in line with the company strategic plans.
1.Introduce, promote and sell Decorative products to allocated customers and geographical territories through regular visits to maintain good relationship and obtain market information.
2.Follow-up on Distributors within allocated geographical territories by coordinating and monitoring closely with Dealer/Distributor personnel to ensure JOTUN products are used and to achieve sales budget.
3.Following-up TPS and their requirements, from our product range from our dealers & Sub -dealers.
4.Building good relations, with interior designer's offices.
5.Responsible for sub-dealers, and their requirements and relationship with our distributors.
6.Securing projects and specifying them and prepare deliveries through distributors.

•Set regular maintenance schedules for existing machines in the assigned area and conduct maintenance in accordance with the plan to ensure that all machines are running properly to minimize the complains that comes from customers about colors.
•Install new multicolor machines in the assigned area in coordination with Multicolor Manager to ensure that the growth of multicolor machines in Egypt will continue.
Train the users and Multicolor shops on the machines and software upon installation and upon any new upgrade or request to keep a high level of performance
Assist actively in marketing activities related to Multicolor.
