- Reported directly to CEO, managing and runs on 4 supervisors and 1 Clunary Chef and more than 70 operators and labors (with different languages and cultures).
- Managing and leading production process inside the Central Kitchen during for 4 Locations (Riyadh, Dammam, Al Qasim, and Jeddah).
- Each Central Kitchen has 4 sections:
1- Butchery
2- Bakery
3- Salad
4- Sauce

- Providing semi-finish goods daily to run and operate 41 restaurants every morning
- Managing Warehousing and logistics activities for region areas (Dammam, Al Qasim, and Jeddah), parallel with central warehouse in Riyadh

- Reported to plant Production Manager, and supervises and runs on 6 Production supervisors and 120 technicians and workers (with different languages and cultures).
- Managing and leading production process for two lines (Bun and Bread) with more than 40 products, utilizing 10 machines in a high volume automated plant

- Manage products unit cost and reduce materials losses.
- Successful Commissioning of Bakery Plant with various Automatic lines standardizes recipes of all products of Bun Line and Bread Line, Capacity of Bun line 60000 Pieces/ hr., Bread line 6000 pieces/ hr.
- Qualified to manage & motivate and analysis of human power resources activity.
- Implementing standard operating procedures in the production process.
- Check throughout shifts to ensure that proper methods and procedures are being used and that quality, safety and sanitation standards are met.
- Organize high demand season, and unplanned orders to meet the critical timing.

- Applying code of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) & Good Hygienic Practice (GHP).
- Supervision cleaning and hygienic procedures for machines, tools, baskets and floor
- Preparation of (SOP) for test methods & preparation of equipment working procedures.

- Plan and Manage the operations in High Demand (Haj Season):


1. Arrange Safety stock from raw and packing material before rush season.
2. Using carton boxes instead of Baskets which take time in handling in Haj area.
3. Manpower short and lack of expertise (Extend shifts - Broadcast enthusiasm).

(Lacto Misr and FrieslandCampina Kievit) Project.

 (LACTO MISR is in partnership with FrieslandCampina Kievit (Netherlands) since June 2010 as '' Toll manufacturing agreement '' whereby Lacto-Misr will make production capacity available to produce Non Dairy Creamer (NDC) for coffee)

- Managing and monitoring packing process for tins of (Powder Baby Milk) and bags of (Non Dairy Creamer).

- Supervises and runs on 3 production engineers and 60 technicians and workers.
- Responding immediately to machinery breakdowns of any equipment in production lines.
- Preparation of (SOP) for test methods & preparation of equipment working procedures.
- Investigates quality defects for root cause.
- Member of internal audit team & covering requirements of international standards (ISO 9001-2008).
