- Reported directly to CEO, managing and runs on 4 supervisors and 1 Clunary Chef and more than 70 operators and labors (with different languages and cultures).
- Managing and leading production process inside the Central Kitchen during for 4 Locations (Riyadh, Dammam, Al Qasim, and Jeddah).
- Each Central Kitchen has 4 sections:
1- Butchery
2- Bakery
3- Salad
4- Sauce

- Providing semi-finish goods daily to run and operate 41 restaurants every morning
- Managing Warehousing and logistics activities for region areas (Dammam, Al Qasim, and Jeddah), parallel with central warehouse in Riyadh
