• Ensures availability of service management tools for operational tools
• Partners with BIS architecture teams to deliver service management tool solution
• Trains back line support teams on service management processes and tools
• Builds a deep understanding of the business and builds relationships with a client group and leverages this understanding to influence predictive support of systems and applications
• Builds a deep understanding of operational requirements and builds relationships with production support teams to meet their needs

• Be the first port of call for supporting Finance super users Across Egypt and Jordan Markets (Payables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Receivables, Project systems, Product Costing and Accounting)
• Ensures Service Delivery and Service Support processes are implemented correctly for a specific ITIL discipline(s).
• Partnering with functional users to understand current pain points, future needs and better ways.
• Partners with BIS architecture teams to deliver service management tool solution.
• Collaborating with other functional peers in the solutions group across region and developing ideas to improve ways of working.
• Sharing best practices with business managers/users from other markets/clusters.
• Socializing the requirements with region Solutions team.
• Partner with solution developers to validate solution and recommended process changes.
• Deploy the change (CI/Bug fix) in partnership with (Sector / Regional/ Local Project teams).
• Own L1/L2 Sustenance (Drive usage of the solution by identifying root causes and mitigating).
