• Increase ground activities and engage in the market by conducting new project visits and customer meetings leading to a 88% growth of new opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key people including contractors, consultants, architects, and project owners all the while negotiating contracts & pricing agreements resulting in a 180% increase of new customers and 535K$ of sales of year 2023.
• Play the role as both a technical sales and consultant to the clients by providing technical designs, coming up with the best possible HVAC solution, and ensuring smooth project execution resulting in customers choosing us over other brands.
• Cooperate with the LG Distributor in Senegal to prepare quotations, project execution plans ensuring successful implementation of the HVAC projects within specific timelines and budgets.
• Prepare weekly activity reports / customer meeting sheets / Senegal pipeline sheets / monthly sales forecasts for the Regional Headquarters.
• Represent the company along with the branch office team at B2B events and seminars establishing the brand as a key player in the air solution market.
• Go on business trips throughout West Africa and the Middle East.
• Manage the company focusing on high standards while challenging the status quo
• Supervise clerical staff and employees
• Be the first point of contact with potential clients
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers
• Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner
• Regularly report progress on each task and communicate delays or concerns with the General Manager
• Provide a one-page weekly report to the General Manager briefly summarizing the past week’s major events
• Plan and manage the company’s financial performance (Pricing strategy for the products and services, Budgeting, Projected profits, Costs & Revenues, Daily & monthly financial report)
• Increase the company’s social media presence (Instagram, Google My Business, Facebook)
• Develop a profile of competitors by identifying their products, services, pricing, & marketing tactics
• Maintain professional working contact with key suppliers and third parties
- Take-Off quantities
- Design HVAC Systems
- Request quotations of Mechanical & Electrical materials from different suppliers throughout Lebanon
- Regular site visits
- Prepare the B.O.Q. ( Bill of Quantities )
- Prepare Maintenance Offers & Sales Offers
- Prepare Maintenance Contracts
- Prepare Purchase Orders for project/maintenance materials
- Prepare Mechanical & Electrical submittals for projects in-hand
- Prepare the Schedule of Works for projects in-hand
- Communicate daily with the technical team
- Communicate with clients/suppliers/consultants/sub-contractors/main-contractors
- Schedule Maintenance visits, inspections for clients
