logistics cycle, ensuring cost efficient&
seamless shipping from suppliers to our

• Leading North Africa Scaled Digital Sourcing Procurement which includes Capital, Construction, Energy, MRO, Spare parts, Fado, IT, Travel, Meetings and Events.
• Leading MEA Global Asset Recovery Purchases& Non performing Inventory sales
• Developed and implemented sourcing strategies to achieve business goals and stay competitive.
• Responsible to set and influence the strategic direction with internal and external stakeholders. Also develop and maintain effective relationships both internally and externally.
• For GARP, Responsible for developing and executing the Waste To Worth Strategy to ensure BIC waste& recycling management while driving incremental sales
• Leading initiatives to sustain our Zero Manufacturing Waste to Landfill record across MEA plants to deliver P&G's sustainability goals
• Leading annual bidding, negotiations& Contracts renewal
• Implement& sponsor company E-Sourcing tools (E-Bidding, digital catalogs, platforms& Forms)
• Recruited, Trained& Led a 7-member team, as well as subcontractors
• Scope: Develop, lead, and execute the entire logistics purchasing activities, 3 years sourcing strategy and policies across the spend buckets "(Domestic, Inbound& Outbound Transportation), Warehousing, Custom Clearance and Customization" • Managed large-scale projects & Loss elimination forums to achieve annual business savings of 12%- and +10 days cash improvement for the biggest spend pool amid a tough macro-economics through complex contract negotiations and strategic innovations. • Achieved 20% savings in the Inbound/ Outbound through loss elimination & optimizing the Outbound E2E supply chain amid high inflation • Reducing our CO2 footprint through collaboration with external partners to deliver sustainability goals • Received several P&G awards for achieving stellar results amid tough macro-economics
Leading Brand Building Services sourcing across Near East and North West Africa markets as well as leading SMO Innovation program to bring the outside-In. • Led the development of the EBBS model within the region and led the performance tracking& Make vs buy benchmarking of the model across MEA markets which delivered 20% savings • Established alliances and partnerships with Non-Compete to create successful and high impact loyalty programs • Developed POSM Live tracker& KPIs to win instore via high quality POSM with the best cost • Managed sourcing of the In store promoters, Direct to consumer programs, PR& Digital media • Co-Led AMA Stewardship& Governance 2LOD network, Received AMA Stewardship Award.
Scope: Deliver Manufacturing Excellence& Best In Class KPI's (Quality, Safety, PR, perfect shifts, stops) through building extraordinary line crew. Reported to operations Dept. Manager and headed 24 subordinates. • Led major line initiative, which is the M5 TT, Led GSUM process& meetings. Led line crew M5 capability buildup across all the line areas towards excellent startup through finishing the current business assessment, ensuring defect free status and maintaining Central line parameters in addition to building team capability through initiative trainings, shadowing in another line • Achieved benchmark scrap results during M5 technical touch startup month for the first timeever in OCT6 plant. Following month with 20% perfect shifts. • Received the best line award 3 times and my line crew received 2 CEO & several POYs for the global benchmark results that were achieved
Scope: Managed the Business operational planning& Demand forecasting cycle for Hair Care, Oral Care& Batteries across Near East markets (Egypt, Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq& Syria) • Haircare NE forecast accuracy results were the best in CEEMEA - Received 2 POY awards for achieving Best In Class forecast accuracy results • Oversaw the nonperforming inventory (NPI) related to forecast accuracy. • Handled the relationships with foreign and local distributors to gather business intelligence, in addition to cash& cost-saving initiatives • Managed the BOP/ Demand cycle in collaboration with full business team from Sales, Marketing and F&A.
