- Follow up on stock consumption related to slow moving, fast moving, etc. - Negotiate promotion offers according to slow moving items and GWP to push the sales. - Contacts direct with the suppliers and follow-up the orders. - Follow up and reply to all purchasing queries. - Received the proforma invoice and revise it according to the prices that agreed on. - Revise the invoices and the AWB ( Air way bills ) - Calculate the expiry shelf life and responsibility for expiry controlling. - Refer to the accounting department to prepare the payment procedures according to the invoices sent from the suppliers. - Send the invoices and the bank transfers and follow up to finalize the bank procedures to get swift payments & send back to suppliers.. - Following with Suppliers till confirming payment receipt. - Prepare documentation and coordinate logistics. (Bill of loading (AWB) / Invoice / Packing list / Certification of origin) - Follow trucking process with truckers. - Reconcile accounts queries as required
- Enter and Maintain databases of logistics information on the ERP system.
- Create the credit note, debit note, proforma and invoices.
- Entry purchasing bills, Costing, Pricing and creating PO, items, suppliers, categories and
departments at RMS System.
- Follow up on daily base on the shipment arrival and finish Customs clearance procedures to Make
sure that all shipment that arrived with no problem with customs.
- Prepare all documents for purchasing in order to close all the documents cycle.
- Handling all Internal Communications & announcements and ensuring the maximum possible reach.
- Coordinate the team of sales advisors, seconding the Store Manager
- Actively participate in community events and maintain a visible presence to develop the existing and new, solid client base, projecting a positive and appealing brand image with a special focus on personal knowledge and relation building and maintaining with high level and loyal clientele
- Support Store Manager in implementing ad hoc activities for best clients
- Manage sales activities related to all product categories; Jewelry, Watches and Accessories; achieving or over-achieving quantitative and qualitative sales objectives
- Monitor and guarantee best product display in the store (Visual Merchandising)
- Ensure the training of sales people and back office staff to increase technical and product knowledge and developing sales techniques and stock management
- Efficiently and effectively manage store stock
- Actively ensure the application of security, sales and stock processes and procedures
- Resolve client concerns
- Verify alignment to standards of discount and ways of payment applied by sales force and drive their action accordingly
- Monitor and provide tools for the sales people to help understand and increase sales performances
- Act as an organizational interface towards the local marketing assuring the implementation of CRM strategies and procedures to enhance the customer base in quality and quantity
- Managing the day-to-day operations

- Daily control of cash and cheque & deposits in the bank.
- Coordination and follow up with Head Office (CEO, Finance Manager, Logistic Manager, Purchasing Manager…Etc.
- Problem Solving with each of customer & employee.
- Issuing passes for airport entry dealing with Security offices.
- Releasing documents needed for issuing official papers from airport Authorities.
- Issue Inventory report, IN/OUT status report, Near Exp. report and manpower status report to Supply chains Manager including KPIs Targets result.
- Improvement & development for warehouse. Communicate directly with the head of other departments.
- Report directly to the Head Office
- Planning, Organizing, Managing stock control and Controlling of Warehouse over-all operations. Take on the responsibilities for inventory accuracy.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Participate in performance evaluations.
- Follow up & control daily absence and over time.

- Establishing ERP system RMS including create items, suppliers, category and departments then prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities. Prepare monthly report with all data collected.
- Help with reviewing data entry.
- Creating an archive for every day.
- Prepare a monthly consolidated report for the data of all the month with graphs and charts (Analysis).
- Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
- Enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format.
- Coached the staff on how to use the system as end user.
