· Responsible of purchase of all local & import Ingredients & Packaging materials required for production complying with all food safety management like HACCP, BRC, ISO 22000 & Halal.
· Experienced professional with expertise in all aspects of procurement, inventory control, vendor development, cost negotiation, processing requisition, contracts, purchase orders and import clearance.
· Capable to develop excellent relationship with suppliers, colleagues and senior management to ensure smooth and efficient progress of work.
· Skilled at handling multiple tasks & projects together with exceptional ability to relate well with people at any level of business and management.
· Controlling the purchase and supply of all Ingredients, Packing materials and Indirect purchases (Admin, Maintenance, QC, Hygiene & Safety)
· Establishing terms, pricing, quality requirements, delivery, and contracts.
· Responsible for indirect procurement of all Raw Materials & Packing materials, Chemicals, Ingredients, Commodities, engineering goods, services, capital expense and contracts on best price and best quality basis.
· Establishing terms, pricing, quality requirements, delivery, and contracts.
· Administering the online bidding systems (Reverse Auction).
· Reviewing all contracts/agreements to achieve ‘best price/best quality’ purchasing.
· Maintaining records of supplier contracts, agreements, goods ordered received.
· Other spend categories include: marketing, HR-Admin requirements, professional services, uniforms, facilities, consultancies, material analysis, waste management.
· Evaluating the offers technical & commercial point of view.
· Negotiating offers based on price, payment & incoterms to ensure correct material delivering at low cost & at low-lead time.
· Processing purchase orders, invoices against agreed terms & conditions by incorporating organization policy.
· Participate in conferences with engineers, suppliers and inspectors to facilitate material inspection, substitution, standardization and economical procurement of materials.
