1. Recruitment & Manpower Planing Responsibilities:
- Identify recruitment needs in quarterly basis through effective manpower budget, expected turnover, promotions, internal transfers, and new opening stores.
- Conducts job analysis and job evaluation process for all MMC positions in order to design the job profiles and keeps updating our salary scale.
- Identify local & overseas sources.
- Maintain a strong CVs database to refer back for vacant positions.
- Conduct interviews to select a suitable talents matching with the job profiles & business needs.
- Arrange overseas recruitment processes in terms of selecting strong agencies across efferent countries, finalizing the government requirements for overseas recruitment, arranging and participating in recruitment trips, following-up on issuing work visas.
- Supervising the recruitment team to prepare & accomplish all hiring documents such as job offer, employment contracts, following up on residency transfer, health card, and probationary periods follow up.
- Develop and conduct a structured orientation programs / immersion plans that meets the objectives set and to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.

2. Employee Relations Responsibilities:
- Handle employees' disciplinary process, grievances, investigations and recommend termination cases.
- Conducts exist interviews, analyze the turnover, and recommend retention strategy.
- Design and implement annual HR activates calendar and recognition plan.
- Approving employees' leaves, return from leave, internal transfers, and other change of status.
- Annual Leave plan.

3. Rewards Responsibilities:
- Develop effective salary scale in alignment with the most updated salaries market survey; based on effective job analysis and job evaluation process.
- Incentive and bonus management.
- Air ticket allowances management
- Medical and life insurance management.
- Conduct promotions interviews.
- Reviewing the final settlement, leave payments..ect.
- Supervising monthly payroll process.

4. Implementing Performance Management Process:
- Design a Performance Management Review forms based on the required job competencies.
- Supervising the annual PDR process for all business units, and makes sure that the pr-set objectives of all positions are in alignment with Company goals.
- Analyzing the results of annual PDR and using it in the following:
* Management of Talent Pool.
* Distributing rewards.
* Identifying training needs.

5. Implementing Effective Training Cycle:
- Identifying training needs.
- Designing and developing the required training courses.
- Supervising the Field Trainer and participating in the implementation process.
- Conduct on floor coaching process to develop the training transfer.

6. Government Formalities Responsibilities:
- Supervising the Government Formalities team in their functions such as residency renewal, health cards, residency transfer in & out, issuing work visas, absconding cases, Company license...ect.

7. Developing HR policies and procedures manual and make sure of its highest volume of implementation through the different business units, and advise line managers in the complex cases.

8. Conduct restaurants/stores visits and inspections:
- To measure employees' satisfaction and maximize the HR services for all stakeholders.
- To check food safety, uniforms, personal hygiene, health & safety procedures, and cash spot check.
- Developed food safety policy and makes sure of its high volume of implementation.
