Ensure efficient operation of Production Lines during the shift whilst following site safety, quality and operational procedures.
Responsible for achieving production plan compliance 100 % .
Reducing losses in raw materials and packaging materials to the target
Ensure effective and efficient use of laborers and resources.
Coordinate with production engineers to minimize downtime and maximize productivity & achieve OEE Target.
Coordinate with QA / QC to ensure quality and technical matters are promptly addressed.
Coordinate with maintenance team to ensure continuous improvement and planned maintenance work is kept up to date.
Ensure adherence to all company quality, safety, environmental & production procedures and policies.
Responsible for supporting production manager in production and changeovers planning on lines to maximize efficiency.
Responsible for supporting leadership team in building culture of quality.
• Responsible for soft cheese department (low salt, feta, istanbuli, baramili, cream) and leading
the production team (processing and filling) 20 members.
• Reporting directly to owner and production manager.
• Development production steps to increase production volume and quality.
• Member of team responsible for design new plant.
• Work closely with quality team to make people staff aware food safety and quality roles.
• Ensure all materials are readily available and work space safe and clean.
• Reporting directly to Production manager and production shift team leader.
• Leading the daily meeting to discussion KPI’s, OEE and production problems.
• Work closely with Maintenance, safety, quality team to make a people staff aware safety roles,
food safety roles and solve problems.
• Create system monitoring and analysis raw & packing material losses daily & monthly to
ensure continuous reduction.
• Create production budget, SOP’s, safety risk assessment for all production department and
develop production reports according production procedure and Food safety requirements
(HACCAP, PRP, Traceability).
• Leading Production team for projects as restart receiving milk department, new pasteurization
water unit project, develop operation programs (PLC programs), leap project (with tetrapack
team) and protein project (saving).
• Implementation of all Danone safety standers, food safety, GMP’s and HACCP processes and
procedures in the day to day operation.
• Responsible for pasteurization department.
• Presenting daily financial transaction report to the owner.
• Build system responsible for follow up financial transaction and rental cars.
• Responsible for company's financial accounts and customer's financial accounts.
• Asst. Production manager responsible for soft cheese department (low salt, baramili, istanbuli,
feta, cream, tetrapack cheese) and leading the production team (10 members).
• Reporting directly to production manager.
• Develop CIP program to be automatic with maintenance engineer.
• Create production reports.
• Responsible for pasteurization department, CIP, filling department, Ultrafiltration department
and tetrapack.
• Work at Roomy cheese department and chamia cheese department.
