Monitoring and checking of all the accounting entries and ensure information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions. That it is
posted to the proper accounts in Oracle system.
Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts with Account department in Head Office
Reconciliation of all local & foreign supplier accounts in Oracle system & with Head Office
Preparation the payments as per the cash flow (Petty Cash Reports) and make yearly statement to accounting manager.
Preparation All monthly site allowance, site bonus and Benefits payments as per the cash reports
Preparation of unaudited annual financial reports prior to the audit or cost control
Preparing the audit requirements and coordinating with the internal & external auditors.
Handling supplier payments with Head Office and supplier.
Receipt of all cheques from Head Office (all cash payment, all allowances and Site Bonus) to collected from banks and distributed to staff manpower
and follow-up to clear it with H.O.
