• Prepare provision report for all bank portfolio
• Prepare daily money market stocks report to ensure all customers did not exceed the max loan to collateral
• Review the final Central Bank reports
• Review all lending and legal documents for (fully secured, short term facilities, margin lending, syndication's loans, mortgage, sme, housing, and real estate)
• Provide senior management with financial data and business information that supports decision making
• Create back-ups for crucial positions within the department for smooth and uninterrupted flow of work
• Plan staff management, capacity, training and career development to ensure individuals progression in a planned move for effective and smooth utilization of human resource
Working in the (A.T.M) unit in the Central Operation Unit of the bank doing the following tasks:
• Settling the balances of the ATMs with the balances of the bank through the computerized system.
• Handling the captured cards and channelling them to the branches or to the other banks according to the regulatory instructions.
• Handling the deposits, made on the ATMs by the customers, by rendering them to the branch after the proper & necessary actions are taken.
• Examining the customers’ chargeback that come out from using the bank’s ATM, and reconcile them if the complaint is true.
• A variety of administrative tasks, such as E-mailing the branches or the outsourcing company, tracing such e-mails and supervising the performance of the unit through controlling some items.
• Participated in all training opportunities. Recent courses include principles of banking operations, bank security, ATM equipment and banking regulations.
• Visits companies and targeted individuals and exhibits the bank's products and services, and presents exceptional offers to attract the largest number of personal and car loans.
• Writes the visits reports with information needed on the companies or the individuals to be provided to the direct responsible officer for study.
• Receive customer's applications to receive loans and provides all necessary documents requesting loans and the special recommendations are given for conditioned grants for exceptional cases.
• Follows results of the information section of the customers as well as the cases sent by correspondence to the evaluation management of personal loans to receive approval on best and quickest service of customers and to document their relationship with the bank.
• Provides the special suggestions concerning the status of competition of the bank and the strength of its competitors in the market on the light of the response of the customers and their satisfaction of the area/location in order to increase the bank's quote in the market
• Receive the customers who need information on personal or car loans in the branch office and answer their telephone calls by explaining policies and procedures of loans as well as attracting their transactions to the bank.
• Markets all various products and services of the bank through the horizontal and vertical sale to individual customers in order to increase the customer's gain.
• Opens new accounts ( in their various type)/ amendments on accounts/ personal requests and their amendments/ activation of personal services and the relevant correspondence while being sure that all information needed documents, required approvals all are to be entered on the computer aiming at serving them and implementing their instructions.
• Studies the under established companies files/ increase of accomplishment of capital to send them to the central operations in order to issue the relevant.

• 2 months training in customer service department, opening customer accounts, issuing cheques and issuing ATM and VISA cards, direct customer contacts and answering customer queries.
