A. General

• Prepared tenders, scope of works and evaluation of standards to meet clients HSE requirements.
• Administrated Incident reporting system as per company procedure (writes report; maintain files, follow-up actions and close-out of correctives actions).

• Supervise operations as per HSE manager requests (initial validation, permanent watch …).
•Ensure that all Hazardous material are kept in proper conditions .
• Inspected HSE keeping records system in site as training, incidents, meetings, inspections, PTW, MSDS...
• Coordinate the safety activities on board.
•Ensure Safety Induction and Training of all personnel coming on board.
• Develop, prepare and administer the HSE Key Performance Indicators for the company operations.
• Participated in risk assessments process for all tasks carried in the plant and ensure that are complied during the operations.

•Inspected plant components as process area, warehouse, lab, chemical store, workshop, valves rooms and pressure reduction stations.
• Inspected power plants and engines, electrical motors, air compressors, valves, pumps
•Inspected fire fighting system equipments as fixed and mobile, portable, detection

• inspect PPE as general PPE (safety shoes, coveralls, gloves, glasses.)
• Inspect transportation means as, vehicles, heavy duty trucks, and light trucks.
