- Supervisory all electrical systems execution to improve the working progress with quality.
- Guide foremen with technical data and solve any problems faced them in all activates.
- Taking off all materials to be ordered soon enough for keep going timeline without stop.
- Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project
specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.
- Make red marks on shop drawings for any changes on site to make accurate as-built.
- submit all inspection requests of completed works and follow with the consultant till inspections.
- Resolve all consultant comments and re-submit IR`s.
- Installation Fire Alarm systems ( Simplex - Edward ) with other systems interface.
- Installation BMS systems ( Honeywell - Johnson controls ), And trouble-shooting for any malfunctions .
- Testing and commissioning for ( HVAC - MDB - LCP - Cables - Fire alarm - Network - CCTV ).
- Have experience on civil defense and Jensen Hughes ( JH ) requirements for high raise buildings .
- Integration between different systems ( BMS - Fire Alarm - HVAC - POWER ).
- Supervised work in Sub Station such as:
• Medium voltage cable laying/ pulling
• MV cable termination in 13.8 KV/34.5KV metal clad Switch Gear
• MV Cable splicing
• Installation medium voltage cable supports, cable cleat and fire proofing ARC tape (3M).
- Installation of Unit Substation (2000 kva Package substation integrated with ring main unit, transformer 13.8 kv/4000-220 v, 34.5 Kv and low voltage panel).
- Managed all day-to-day electrical activities for the electrical workshop including preventive & corrective maintenance.
- Immediately troubleshooting for any problem happens on utilities equipments and all the production lines.
- Directed maintenance for AC and DC motors, VFD, PLC and the various types of control panels.
- Full awareness for ( Chillers - Air compressors - HVAC systems - Generators - Fire fighting system ).
- Re-calibrating various types of instruments (weighing Balance - check weigher - differential pressures, Temperature sensors).
- prepare schedule and forms for preventive maintenance for (utilities and production machines) and make the training for technicians
to do it with the right way.
- Design and improve the old different electrical systems on the factory.
- Continuous follow up the fire alarm system and solve any troubles on it.
- Follow up the BMS system (johnson controls) and study the records to be sure all production area on suitable conditions and solve
any problem happens on the whole system.
- Supervise the execution of the electrical works on the factory extension projects.
-follow up the electricity invoices and consumption with Saudi electricity company and directly contact with them on the case of
blackout.
-Make shop-drawings for the Electrical works.
-submit all material to be approved from consultant.
-supervise all electrical execution .
-Manage the electrical technicians to make sure all works OK.
