• Marketing and making contracts with companies and merchants.
• Following up merchant's daily operations & transactions & dealing with their accounting problems and chargeback from other banks.
• Rendering quality services to bank customers.
• Handling all customers` inquiries.
• Understanding customers` needs & identifying their problems.
• Coordination with other departments toward accomplishment the target of the pre determined common budget.
• I following important merchant like ( Mobinil, Egypt air free shop, Marriott hotels, Conrad hotels and casinos)
