• Provide supervision and assistance to planning engineers in the development and integration of individual schedules into the total project plan (Baseline Programme).
• Represent the Contractor in planning and progress meetings.

• Manage the production of weekly and monthly progress reports including graphical charts and other KPIs.
• Manage project risks and implement a risk mitigation plan
• Manage and Coordinate of all Project Controls activities including Planning, Cost Management, Estimating and Change Control to ensure the Contract Project Controls requirements are met.
