till delivery to clients with Clouser of resolution sheets
• Reviewed HVAC, plumbing, fire suppression systems drawings,
calculations, reports using Aconex, Procore workflow platforms
• Educate, train and monitor junior engineers progress and performance.
• Atend and represent the consultant for different required workshop such
design, constructability, value engineering workshop and coordination
workshop and submit presentations report to the client

performance, life cycle, maintainability and fit for O&M

supervision for complex hospitality high-rise developments while ensuring
engineering compliance and contractual alignment.
• Led BIM coordination sessions including clash detection and 3D model

• Reviewed contractor claims, variation orders, RFIs, and engineering
change requests.
• Managed testing, commissioning, and Defects Liability Period (DLP)
closeout activities.
• Supervised project construction progress and ensured adherence to design
specifications and international standards.
• Interface and coordinate of MEP package with other disciplines such as
architectural, structure, FLS, sustainability and cost at all project stages
