- Working on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system.
- Banks reconciliation (several bank accounts including current and

o Student tuition fees and Uniform sales (collections, closing and

o Daily communication with the accountants.

- Helping the IT in the setup of system modules:
o Fixed Assets and depreciation posting profiles.
o Banks, Customers, Vendors, etc. and related posting profiles.
o Accrual Schemes, Currency revaluation setup and budget.
o Charts of accounts, Main accounts and financial dimensions (cost centers).

- Budget:
o Reviewing Budgets for the next year comparing to previous year.
o Creating budget entries and budget control.
o Actual VS. Budget reports.

-Other:
- Holding the office petty cash.
- Involving in reconciling, closing and preparing the financial statements (periodic and annually).
- Doing reports and charts through MS Excel and MS PowerPoint presentations.
- Uploading the master data and opening balances.
