•Billing BSCS R4 Upgrade
- Vodafone Egypt is Billing centric, Billing upgrade from BSCS R1 to BSCS R4 is Vodafone strategic project.
- Responsible of Billing integration with more than 20 IT systems.
- Key person in all Billing upgrade activities (Hardware selection, Data migration, documents acceptance, UAT and system acceptance).
Role:
- Technical lead of Billing Integration and extraction.
- Managing vendor.

•Traffic Simulator tool
- Simulate core traffic for Data and voice to IN nodes.
- Tool support testing, UAT and development to make regression testing for commercial projects and nodes acceptance.
- Tool reduce testing and acceptance cost and increased quality and efficiency of Vodafone products.

•Charging System, planning stream
- Charging system components (SDPs, CCNs, AIR) installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
- Commercial tariffs creation and troubleshooting.
- CCN and SDP monitoring tools for counters.

•Billing unified integration layer
- As billing profile is the referenced profile, All VFE IT Systems are integrating with Billing.
- New online integration layer introduced (Billing CMS Adapter) to be the unified billing integration layer.
- The integration layer support interacting with billing through web service, HTTP and RV protocols.
Role:
- Managing Vodafone billing integration layer.
- Managing vendor.

• Billing proactive monitoring tool
- Innovative idea to monitoring Billing online applications and send alarms to operation team with any problem.
- Tool capable to predict any coming performance or system problems.

- Managing, design and implementation.

- Commercial Requirements gathering and translation to technical requirements.
- Technical Design for billing / Rating / Payments solutions.
- Technical design, analysis, integration and rectification of BSCS interfaces with other BSS systems (TIBCO, Seibel, IVRs, etc).
- Trouble shooting and issues resolution.
- Second line support for Vodafone Egypt’s billing system.

- Troubleshoot in billing / Rating long time issues and apply fixes or workarounds to enhance customer experience.

• JMobile ( Jupiter Mobile framework - 7 months)

Product overview: JMobile is a mobile application that connects to a web service and retrieves services; the product is powerful for banking solutions, news and any application that requires dynamic changes in the transferred data to the client. The product allows the administrator to assign services to a specific users manage the duration and fees of the services. The product also allows the administrator to generate the mobile screens and design it visually to be viewed by the client; this feature allows the mobile application to be dynamically changed by the service provider.

Role on the product: Design and full Implementation of server side (desktop application and web application for administration) and client side (mobile application).


• JERM ( Jupiter Enterprise Report Manager - 1 year and 8 months)
Product overview: JERM is an archiving system that allows any type of firms to manage its output data. JERM user can define a specific template to the output text data to be displayed with a form background, define index to use it in searching operations, add notes to the resulted documents, assign privileges to the product users to allow them to display and manage a certain number of documents, send the documents via mail and allow the user to print the resulted documented data. This product is useful for big firms, banks and government associations.

Role on this product: Implementation and part of design.
