Supervised Structural works \[ Boreholes, Excavation, Soil replacement if needed, Soil compacting,
Land leveling, Plain footings, Reinforced footings, Isolation, Columns, Shear Walls, Cores, Slabs
(Solid, Flat, Post tension) \] .
Supervised Finishing works \[Masonry, Plumbing, Electric works, Plastering, Marble/tile installation,
Aluminum windows, Elevator installation, Painting works, Gypsum board, Etc... ) .
Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and
subcontractors work.
Coordinate daily with technical office, subcontractors, and material suppliers to maintain smooth
project execution .
Submit daily and weekly progress reports.
Perform detailed quantity take-offs and preparing Bills of Quantities (BoQs) for the project.
Solve problems on the site giving quick and useful solutions without stopping site workflow.
Assure building materials are used properly with least waste.
Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule, identifying deviations early and
implementing corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery.
Manage site resources including manpower, equipment, and materials across multiple simultaneous
work fronts
Ensure health and safety regulations were consistently applied on site.

Supervise construction stages \[Boreholes, Excavation, Soil replacement if needed, Soil compacting,
Land leveling, Plain footings, Reinforced footings, Isolation, Columns, Slabs (solid & flat) \] .
Coordinate with consultant and subcontractors to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and
technical specifications throughout all project phases.
Perform detailed Quantity take-offs and preparing Bills of Quantities (BoQs) for the project.
Attend Concreate pouring to ensure quality of structural elements .
Ensure health and safety regulations were consistently applied on site.
