Responsible to follow up all site activities & requirements, Coordinate with Vodafone Roll-Out team, resources allocation(Engineers, Teams & Cars ), Work orders & SF6 & SCH C (Request & Follow Up), Checking materials status & requesting in case of shortage, following up subcontractors work progress (Installation, Transportation, A/C, Cranes & check there invoices ) .
Increased the utilization of manpower by having a weekly plan & resource sharing between different projects.
Improved site quality by completing teams’ tools & make a training session for new Engineers.
Reduced site costs by reviewing requested materials against site CADs & SF6, issued materials against installed quantities, sites missions for accommodation & allowance (site profit increased from 20 % to 35 % )
Developed an optimization model for GF sites to minimize the waste which saved 50% of the unnecessary material waste and more than 25% of the transportation costs.
