• Responsible for monthly interim valuation / final valuation & invoicing.
• Detailed quantity take off for Re-measurement & preparation of Bill of Quantities.
• Arriving new rates for non-Bill of Quantities items & other day work claims.
• Preparing fortnightly progress report and monthly progress report.
• Checking sub-contractors bills and certification of the same.
• Award of sub-contractor orders & tracking subcontract works.
• Responsible for maintaining manpower schedule & minimizing labor cost.
• Preparation of variations and coordinate with Consultant/Main Contractor/Client to get approval on time.
• Quantities take off for budget
• Quantity take off for re-measurement.
• Preparation of substantiation for variation, day works and claims.
• Contractual correspondence between Contractor and Consultant.
• Analyzing Negotiating and short listing of Sub-Contractors Prices & Quotation and evaluating them for awarding.
• Preparation of project cost reports.
• Coordination and verification of Sub Contract bills.
• Site Inspection and joint measurement for additional works.
• Attend the post tender meeting with the clients/consultants and their commercial team for disputes.
• Preparation Check lists.
• Preparation of interim bill and checking of Sub-
contract valuations.
• Resource planning and monitoring, Productivity
analysis of labors and plants, Evaluation of
quotations and assessment of variation orders,
Monitoring of construction works and giving
technical advice at site.
• Post Tensioned Beam casting, stressing & Shifting
work, Surveying work (using Total station).
• Supervising the work and quality.
