Duties
Maintain attendance records and reports for payroll processing purposes.

Generating leavers & new joiners reports and make sure all HR, Administration, PRO & IT are updated accordingly..
Public Relation.
Checking documentation for labour and immigration, for new visas and other to be renewed.
Submission of bank guarantees to labour department for new employees and collection of bank
guarantees those who are terminated and their visas are cancelled.
• cellation of visas for terminated employees and obtaining new labour card for new staff.
• Handling labour contracts.
• Undertaking the necessary follow up in regards to labour department inspection and
regularization of staff status.
• Follow up of immigration proceedings as instructed by management.
Other Administrative duties.
• Deposit of cash and cheques in banks.
• Application for bank guarantees and collection of returned cheques as well as bank statements
for accounts departments.
