• Nuts, Dried fruits, Spices & Pulses complete quality checks (organoleptic analysis) of receiving and dispatching goods.
• FSMS, ISO & HACCP implementation, documentation and regular maintenance of documents.
• Monitor Critical Control Points (CCP), address customer complaints, lead root cause investigations, and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
• Hazard analysis, allergen management and risk assessment.
• Monitoring roasting temperatures and metal detectors at regular intervals to maintain CCP's under control.
• Continuously evaluate quality systems, and submit change recommendations to Management.
• Oversee and implement safety programs (i.e. food safety, sanitation programs, HACCP and GMPs).
• Continuous R&D on the products to improve the standards of existing products and to introduce new products in the market.
• Ensure proper staffing, scheduling, training, delegation of duties, disciplinary actions and annual reviews of the Quality Assurance and Sanitation Departments.
• Regular traceability exercise for finished goods to ensure safe food delivery.
• Facilitate all internal & external auditing and facility inspections.
• Weekly pest control inspection and documentation.
• Complete and submit corrective actions to auditing entity.
• Microbiological analysis of food causing pathogens.
• Maintain facility Safe Quality Food (SQF)standards and compliance.
• Capable of managing complete production line independently with all responsibilities.
• Generate daily quality reports in alignment with HACCP and company guidelines.
• Facilitate awareness training for staff, emphasizing personal hygiene and proper plant uniform usage, including safety shoes, hair nets, masks, and gloves.
• Well-versed in the Quality department which includes monitoring proper grading and sorting of F&V products, temperature and humidity of the warehouse, packaging & labeling of products, warehouse hygiene, personal hygiene of staff and workers.
• Facilitate awareness training for staff, emphasizing personal hygiene and proper plant uniform usage, including safety shoes, hair nets, masks, and gloves.
• In addition, learnt and expertise in handling exotic fruits & vegetables in supply to VIP customers.
• Also well versed in laboratory safety, chemical tests of products, pest control, QMS documentation, internal audits, ensuring proper stacking and alignment of dispatching products.
• A typical day work also includes pre-dispatch quality check, HoReCa customers analyzing, customer feedback analyzing, light intensity checking, Cold storage maintenance, Exotic food products analyzing, customer returns and feedback analyzing.
