“Triangular shaped silicon nanowire FET design and Characterization using COMSOL Multiphysics”
Transistors with gate all around are usually called nanowire MOSFETs. When comparing silicon nanowire FET with planar double gate FET, silicon nanowire FET shows better controllability of gate and also offers great flexible in design. My research focused on design of Triangular Shaped Silicon nanowire FET and its characterization using COMSOL Multiphysics 5.1.
