Electrical Design mainly includes Load calculations, Transformer sizing’s, LV Room
& sizing’s Substation Designing, Preparing Schematics, Cable selection.
Generator& DB Schedules for HV and LV system as per local Authorities. Lighting
and Power Designs.
Familiarity with applicable DEWA /DMCC/Green Building regulation standards in
order get approval.
Prepare technical reports, construction cost estimates and cost analysis.
Coordinate and schedule/plan the projects with support staff to ensure timely
completion.
A very good knowledge on MEP design for overall estimation and costing.
Excellent grasp of engineering and design principles.
Prepare the submittals for NOC. Materials Purchase in order to rise the LPO.
Coordinate with project team, receive and control design drawings. Monitor
the performance of Modular and ensure timely provision of engineering
support.
closely monitor site activities and conduct inspections to ensure quality of
work.is in compliance with contract requirements, good construction
practice, only approved materials are used, compliance with shop drawings.
Review scope of works for contractor including budgeting & Value
Engineering justification of MEP change work order.
Attend site testing and commissioning and assist in preparation of reports.
Lighting calculations for whole building or space by space for LED credit.
Electrical Design mainly includes Load calculations, Transformer sizing’s, LV Room & Substation Designing, Preparing Schematics, Cable schedules Generator sizing’s & DB Schedules as per local Authorities Lighting Designs (Interior and Exterior), Power Designs, Cable Routing, solar panel design.
Preparation Load Schedule, Cable Bus bar Voltage drop calculation.
Responsible for Electrical Design based on the latest standards depending on the country and their local authorities.
Responsible for production of documents in support of the project design, cad drawings, ensuring drawings comply with client standards, verifying completeness and accuracy of drawing and overall quality of cad documents.
Co-ordinate with draughtsman to prepare Design Drawing base on the Client Requirement.
Review tenders and prepare BOQ and cost.
Lead role in preparation of bid proposals and submittals.
Attended project coordination meetings in house and conference call with architects, clients, other consultant and contractors.
Writing reports for field observation before and during construction of electrical design to ensure installation per design documents.
Keep time schedule and finish the work.
In MEP-Electrical felid.

-Read the cad drawing Site supervising of conduit cable work.
-Monitoring the measurement &place location in CAD drawing.
