Inspect different types of elevators, escalators and moving walks based on approved section drawings, project specifications and European standards.
Inspect Lifts, Escalators & Travellators (LET) materials arrived in the site before installation and submit material inspection request to the client’s consultants and assist them for their inspection
Conducts thorough inspection on the lifts, escalators and moving walk prior to inspection of client’s consultant (AECOM)
Ensure that all project requirements and specifications are strictly followed by the lift subcontractors during their installation
Prepare and submit the reports related to their work and send to the construction team for rectification
Report to manufacturer about the short shipments, QA/QC issues, acquire advice from them and incorporating at sites.
Report to the Project Manager of all project quality assurance and quality control aspects and interface problems that affect the disciplined operation of the project
Review the method statements, Inspection Test Plan (ITP), O&M manual, As-built drawings of the lifts, escalators and moving walk prior to Engineer's & Consultant's approval.
Attends subcontractor and client meetings to discuss about work progress
Prepares and updates the weekly progress reports related with the installation, testing and commissioning of lifts, escalators and moving walks
In Lifting equipment, conduct the inspection in Elevator, Escalator, Vehicle Lift and Fork Lift that verify the conformity for the safety requirements of the standards.
To conduct the Safe working load test and proof load test of lifting equipment as per the standard requirements.
Familiar with the lifting equipment standards for elevator, escalator, vehicle lift and Fork lift
Implementation of company in-house Lifting Standards / Code of Practices & procedures at all sites as part of company LMS (Lifting Management Strategy) document and other approved Standards.
Assuring all critical lifting activities have a plan, are approved prior to work commencement and necessary documentation (checklist, risk assessments) are in place as per company Lifting Management Strategy.
In Thermography Inspection, to survey the monitoring areas in the buildings and scheduling the time for carry out the Thermography Inspection.
Inspect the surveyed areas as per the scheduled and analyze the thermo-gram data.
Find out the abnormalities and generate the detailed report that indicates where the anomalies are exactly located in the electrical installation system.
In Quality Assurance, to analyze the data for trends and developing issues, making recommendations on possible corrective and preventative actions.
Create and circulate a monthly report to management.
Coordinate Quality Assurance operations to ensure effective inspection procedures are executed.
Planned, organized and faced unannounced Third party audits & visits by Government bodies, certification bodies and Customer visits.
Prepare the quality manual and procedures to meet the requirements of ISO 9001 : 2008 - QMS certification.
Prepare ISO 17025 Quality Manual and Quality procedure for calibration of equipments to meet the DAC requirements for getting approval.
Effective onsite testing and supervision/management of equipments ensuring analysis is carried out to a high degree of accuracy and quality in conformance with established methods, instructions and quality standards.

In Thermography Inspection, Survey shall be carried out through out the building and inspection be scheduled and carried out.
By analyze the thermal data, abnormalities was found and generate the report states that exact location of hot spots in the electrical panels and prioritized.
