• Negotiate contracts and work with suppliers and customers to source the right products. (various foreign agencies)
• Work on forecasts and inventories, keeping an accurate record of the process and analyzing performance (KPI)
• Oversee product storage, handling, distribution, and tracking of goods from origin to delivery.
• Control the delivery processes & Analyse data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues to solve them.
• Manage the costs involved while maintaining quality and Finding cost-effective solutions
• Manage, Train, guide, motivate, monitor, and appraise the employees, to ensure targets are met.
• Recruit and hire talented & cross-functional staff.
• Manage and minimize the risks by implementing safety guidelines in all aspects.
• Collaborate with all departments to enhance communication & create coordinated plans for business growth.
• Assist the General Manager, & The Group CEO to plan, develop, implement and oversee the company activities and projects and support GM in the execution of operation strategy.
• Oversee the company’s cash flow, operations, marketing, sales, HR & administration affairs.
