Handling all export operations process as per company standard operating
procedures.
Coordinate between the client’s customs clearance department & trucking
department to ensure receiving containers/shipment in the right time at
port supported with the required documents.
Respond to customer's inquiries regarding prices and types of services.
Receive client’s approvals on the services and coordinate with them in case
of delay in receiving a booking confirmation.
Open a file for each client operation and maintain needed documents in it.
Prepare the shipping declaration with the client’s data and present it to the
shipping line.
Collect the required customs clearance documents and forward them to the
client.
Follow all the above steps till the end of the operation and ensure that the
shipment is on board in time.
Port Operation
Container transport process management and process it to clients.
Reporting movement of containers.
Identify needs and opportunities and key factors for existing customers, and
formalize those plans and strategies.
proactively search, recovery and development and to enter into new
relationships of clients.
