• Handling the Planning Process on 7 Factories
• Plans the required annual budget for department needs (variable cost \{Raw & Packing Material).
• Responsible for determining annual materials planning forecast (MRP).
• Manage the products ordering schedule and scheduling of material flow according to forecasted customer’s requirements.
• Revise production schedules when required due to bill of materials changes, labor or material shortages, or other interruptions, collaborating with management, marketing, sales, or production.
• Manage, Develop, implement and maintain proper order flow quantities to support sales, inventory, and profitability. This includes the continuous evaluation, review and optimization of inventory turns and inventory levels with ABC System
• Communicate with purchasing department to insure the necessary materials to meet the production plan.
• Review documents, such as production schedules, Production Job orders, or staffing tables, to determine personnel or materials requirements or material priorities.
• Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, or planning control measures.
• Record inventory data, including inventory shortages, excess inventory and end-of-life materials or write off.
• Compile information, such as production rates and progress, materials inventories, or materials use.
• Integrate business related activities for various functions (Production Planning, Material Requirements Planning “MRP” and Materials Handling) in order to achieve the predetermined target.
• Serves as liaison between business partners (Purchasing, Production and Sales) to achieve the predetermined planning required.
• Establishing, developing and setting policies and procedures for planning rules, planning data accuracy, inventory levels, materials availability measurements and reporting.
• Managing procedures for updating database components in ERP and other Planning systems.
• Examine all production lines and capacities available to them and the possibilities for each machine on the end to determine production capacity
• Monitor the performance of each machine and examine their own self-faults to determine why the breakdowns, analysis and study of the causes of recurrence and how to overcome them and with the director of maintenance.
• Coordination with the Department of maintenance on the dates of periodic maintenance and annual.
• Control the entire production process and follow-up uses of raw materials and packaging materials to reduce wastage, reduce and know its causes and treatment.
• Based on the available production capacity will be receiving orders from operating departments sale (domestic or export).
• The action plan weekly or monthly based on the priorities of each management.
• Arrange shipping schedules according to the priorities of each department and work on a report on the analysis of sales and sent to senior management.
• Work with the coordination of comprehensive management of local sale to ensure that the final product to the consumer at the earliest, by coordinating supplies with branches all over Egypt and knowledge of stock were to be completed (from raw material to final product to the consumer).
• Predictive study the plan's annual sale of departments for study and analysis.
• Action Plan supplies the annual needs of each raw materials and packing materials and sent to the Department of Procurement.
• Follow-up stock and assess the minimum stock and upon arrival to this point is the work of a purchase order and send it to manage procurement.
• Follow-up work daily to the needs and sent to the Department of Procurement.
• Coordination with the Director of Supply stores, according to the storage space available and are notified by him.
• The follow-up financing operations with special needs and linking them to financial management and cash flow to support the procurement management to suppliers.

• Execute proper Safety and Security procedures at all time with direct supervision

• Monitor the development and training progress of the staff, conducting stock.
• Follow-up and check invoices of the hotel with the Cashier and handling all
Vouchers, invoices and financial matters of the shift.
• Inventories and complete cash safety deposit of sales during the shifts.
